Lucy Chen Inspires Women Leaders at HerPower AI Summit in Silicon Valley

MILPITAS, CA — August 16, 2025 — The HerPower AI Summit brought together more than 170 leaders, founders, and innovators at the California Science and Technology University in Silicon Valley, where Lucy Chen, speaker, author, and founder of Gifted Books, delivered a keynote on “Rise with AI — Thriving as a Woman Leader in the New Tech Era.”
In a talk that blended personal experience with actionable strategies, Chen shared three lessons designed to empower women to step boldly into the AI era:
Break your boxes — release limiting beliefs that say “AI isn’t for me.”
Get in the driver’s seat — practice hands-on with AI to truly learn it.
Build an armor — strengthen resilience to adapt and thrive during rapid change.
As a coach and publisher, Chen emphasized her daily use of AI to write, design, coach, and run her business. She underscored that AI isn’t reserved for coders or engineers, but is a powerful ally for creative thinkers, problem-solvers, and leaders across every field.
“Women need to be visible, have a seat at the table, and write our own Herstory in this AI era,” Chen told the audience. “AI isn’t waiting for us. But together, we can rise with AI—stronger, more confident, and more equipped to lead.”
The summit featured a distinguished lineup of women leaders, including Xuan Zhao, founder and CEO of ProsGrow.ai; Elaine Liu; and Hanya Hu, founder of HerPower AI, with UChannelTV covering the event. More than 200 women and allies gathered to share insights, collaborate, and inspire one another in shaping a more inclusive AI future.
Reflecting on her role, Chen added, “AI is my trusted assistant, writing ally, and creative partner. It doesn’t replace human creativity—it amplifies it. If I can use AI to build, lead, and publish, so can you.”
